Hi 19homer73,

In fact you can use the OMC tool, but you have to install the database Adaptor. Chech the followups.

Hi atcmatteo,

Is easy to check. It it look like a switch , with RJ45 connectors in the front , can be a OXO or OXE. To check if you have an OXO or OXE, on the back of the cabine you will find a sticker. In the sticker you should read omnipcx office or entreprise, and the version loaded originaly.

i found in my new office an omnipcx small date 28/2006 soft rel R400/16.5

don't know his history, it turns on, power led became green, cpu led flashes, if i connect lan cable to my router lan led flashes.

I have instaled OMC 10.1.22.1a but i can't connect it, i've tried lot of tricks , passwords found on the net, lot of options but never had an answer from the PCX.

I'm doing something wrong or there's a problem in the hardware?

Hope someone could help me to understand what i can do to fix it.

I would like use it for a small business office with only a line via gsm-4G

Many thanks in advance!!!!!
You wrote rel R400/16.5 so you can use the PM5 pmi400_17_1b.
Download it and you can connect over the LAN-port with the known IP-adress and password.

You can use the omc 10.x ( is compatible with all oxo versions)
I do it all the time and I do not have any problem it it.
When you try to connect to the OXO, check if the "compatibility with older releases them R400" is selected and deselect the the second option (server authentication or something like)
