Dect 4070 and Mobile 200 Reflex

Dect 4070 and Mobile 200 Reflex

I am new to this and I need some help
If I power up the Dect 4070, does the green led go solid green and I assume that the mobile 200 reflex will sync up with the 4070 and boot up, is this right?
I am not sure its that simple
