Problems with Reflections in a steel-lined hall.

Post by lighningcrow » 28 Feb 2009 12:21

We have a customer working with weak and medium strength, radioactive materials. He has a 150m long and 25 m wide hall, lined with steal (floor, ceiling and sidewalls).
In this hall we have enormous problems with the Dect-reflection. On the headwalls of the hall hangs respectively an antenna . Even with the directive array we can reach only a maximum distance of 7 meters. How can we mask the whole factory building?
We guess that the reflections of the Dect-radiances abridge the reception enormously.

In the next step we try to reduce the Frequences of the antennae.

Has someone an another idea???

Check noteworthy addresses table and the DOC for the settings about reflections and settings. You will find all you need, but you'll have to play allot to meet your settings.

Regards.
