Elastix OXO SIP Outbound Calls

Dear all,

We have a PBX OmniPCX R1x.R9x integrated with an Elastix box via SIP Trunk, OXO is also connected to an operator via E1 Link.

The situation is like this, which has been manifested suddenly. We had a working configuration on both systems.
- Inbound and outbound calls between OXO and Elastix extensions are working
- Inbound calls from the Public network to OXO and Elastix extensions are working
- Outbound calls from OXO extensions to the Public network are working
- Only the Outbound calls from Elastix extensions to the Public network are not working

I can see from the Elastix logs that these calls to the Public network are going to the correct trunk and the tone is normal, like the call is waiting on the recipient to pickup, but the recipient's phone actually doesn't ring, the problem is that I don't know how to check the logs from the OXO box.

Please find attached the configuration of OXO, if you find that further information needed just let me know.
