hi all
i use OXO r.8.1, the AA is working fine
but i have one issue,
if user listen sub-menu greeting, press "1" to sales = hunt group 542, press '2" to shipping = hunt group 543
when user press 1 to sales > ring Hunt group = OK
but user want to free dialing during "sub-menu", for example :Ext 101
the user quickly press "1" + "0", the call will be transfer to operator!!!
how to disable it????

in other lables,
i select "AAGrTransf" = 00 (disbale)
but the issue still happen

u also need to make AAGrDialng = 01 ( enable ), in other labels,
so as to dial an extension during the greeting...

yes, i already set it
i can success to free dialing during company greeting,
but the call going to sub-menu, the user wants to dial "free dialing" > for example: Ext 101

Hi

You can't do it. You need to configure an option like 2 for dialing the extension. So you go to sub menu you dial 2 and hear a voice guide saying "dial the extension...", than you dial the extension.
