PRA board showing los

I have oxe connected with Avaya where I’m getting los signal in PRA but both oxe and Avaya connected with 280 m cable it was working fine earlier I’m sure there is nothing issue between cables
T2 access 75 end of timeout

What could be the reason it’s critical
