Hello,
I'm trying to integrate a NICE eXpress R6 Active DR-Link with an OXE R9.1 (Crystal with 2 ApplSvrs). Do we need the TSAPI server or will the CSTA Record Server/Licenses and associated locks suffice?

Read documentation! States: DR-LINK ONLY works with TSAPI events
AS for licensing you only need to configure the Recording ones on ACTIS, no need to add more TSAPI licenses

Just DR-Link licenses as Cav mentioned.
This flag opens link 11 dedicated for TSAPI server with Nice recording use.
