4980 with Vista

Hi

4980 soft phone takes long time to load when User account rights were enabled on Windows Vista. Bihaviour is duplicated on release .574 and .581.
Is this a bug?

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

What do you mean by "when User account rights were enabled on Windows Vista"???
