Error on Agent statistics CCS - abnormal program termination

Hi all,

I am getting a strange error when attempting to pull agent statistics from ccs. All other reports are working correctly, only this one is giving the issue.

When running the excel statistics I get the error Microsoft visual c++ runtime error on ccs.exe - abnormal program termination.

Once it hits this error clicking okay closes the application. The excel file with the compiled stats remains open. This is stopping me from running automated precompiled stats as everything stops each time it reaches this error.

Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it? Would really love to close the book on automating my outputs
