ccd pilot number cannot be called by internal user.

Post by nyt88888 »

hi,

how do i configure internal user to call the ccd pilot number without go thru the ISDN trunk.

problem
1) when the user dials the pilot number directly. the digital phone shows authorised. But if the user dials a trunk seizure follow by the pilot number, it would work.

can someone help to advise how to let the internal user dials the pilot number without going thru the trunk.

thanks

You need to create local hybrid loop.

1st. Create a logical link

Inter-Nodes Links / Logical Links (ABC-F)
Link Name : Loop
Link Type + Hybrid
Adjacent Node : 1 /*same node number as your PCX*/
Adjacent Network : 10 /*any network number you don't use except #15*/
…
Multi access hybrid link + YES

2nd. Create 2 accesses in this logical link

Inter-Nodes Links / Logical Links (ABC-F) / Hybrid Link Access
Link Name : Loop
Access number : 1
Signaling type + B Channel

Inter-Nodes Links / Logical Links (ABC-F) / Hybrid Link Access
Link Name : Loop
Access number : 2
Signaling type + B Channel

3d. To bring hybrid loop up you can try and reset it (rsthyb –f all ) or reboot the system.
Check if link is up with "hybvisu -f all"

Hope it helps,

Iouri

Go /usr3/mao
Use utility cfgUpdate
change #5 (Trunks). 2 accesses = 60 trunks, so add 60 to the Value that is now in your System.
reboot system

May Help !

I hope that you are working on release 5.0 or more. If you are working less then in does not work ( I may be wrong but I tried that in 3.2 and it didn't work )
