Hi all,
got a Problem if a User set is forwarded to an RSI Point.
Call Scenario:
Caller A calls a set in OXE (B) which is forwarded to an RSI Point (C). If the Queue is saturated, the customer gets an announcement and after that the call should be disconnect. This is the way it should be work.
But in my case the call gets the announcement and after that the call is reconnected to the set (B) which is forwarded to the RSI Point.
In the logs of the T-Server no issue is seen. Does anybody know that issue?
BR,
Thorsten

Hi Cavagnaro,
thanks for the quick reply.
Supervised Transfer is set to "TRUE". I found a Flag in the Trunk Group which is called "Redirection for ACD (Dissuasion)". Does that Flag had something to do with that? At the moment the Flag is set to "No".

Hard to say. Without logs no clue. And...forwarding to an RSI is not quite normal neither.
