Omnivista 4760 Error

Hi ..

We are having Omnivista 4760 installed in our site. We are seeing the Organization Cumulative Counter calculation is failing since last week's weekly job. But other Jobs like Synchronization and account loading are fine. Please find attached screenshots. And also noticed that the Threshold calculation is taking a lot of time to complete the job compared to the minimal time it took.

Can anyone suggest me a solution for this and if any impact on the accounting?

First check the logs, especially NMC_CumulAcc.log
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
