IP License increase

We have a EOX 4400 R10, 175 IPTouch licenses with 4760
We want to increase our IP licenses to be 200 (for New telephone to install).

we are forced to change the 4760 in 8770?
We are forced to migrate from R10 to R11.1?

What are the advantages and disadvantage of staying on as the R10 with 4760 IP Console for 200 licenses (Posts IPTouch)

No, for add on in 4760 is still posible with out upgrading anything.
NEW installations canot be done.

R11.1 has varius of improvements-add ons but you need to read TC witch i dont remember.
If your system Works ok and you dont need to make major changes then you can stay in r10 is still supported be alcatel-lucent

4760 is faced out, no new implementations as said.
Already answered, you need to check TC or ask your BP who is selling it to you what are the advantages for your implementation, #1 will be SUPPORT, with new version you have SUPPORT.
