Attendent leaf report

HI,

I was wondering if the reporting application of the OmniVista 4760 could generate a report that would show me the number of incoming calls and which leaf each caller selected. I can't seem to find a predefined report or modify a report to list the number of calls each leaf got each day / week.

Any help would be great.

with 4760 i d'on't know if it's possible,have ever tested it or think about it ?
but do you know that you have already such as statistics ready to use under pcx >>DW>>Application >>AA>>down>>AA Statistics

Thanks, but that only gives me the total so far. I'm looking for a daily and weekly breakdown of which option the caller took.

waw! in 4760 ptp parameters we don't see any related filter for AA so!
your request is more oriented to ACD/CCd Application

The ACD and CCD menus seem to deal with the call after the caller has selected the option. I need to find out the number of callers in and which option they choosed on a daily / weekly basis.
