PCS slot?

Hello,
in which slot i can put de PCS ? i have an L rack. I have problems in slot 8. PCS was in udef state. I put in slot 3 and it begans to work good. I can do a pcs copy and when the network was down, pcs put in active mode. I think it is runnging ok, but in slot 3..??
