SSHv2 in l230030a not running

Hello,
I try to activate SSHv2 in OXE network running in l230030a. After activating SSHv2 in network no broadcast is running.
1st I activate SSHv2 in both nodes unter root account by using oxe key
2nd even under root account generate customized key on node 1
3rd deploy key with "oxe-ssh-copy-id (cs_main@) to node 2
4th activate customized key in node 1

By deploying key to node 2 swinst password is calling from node 2 twice -> is that right?
By executing "cleanbroad" mtcl password is called twice -> broadcast is not running.

When switch back to SSHv1 everything is working fine.

Do another test with SSHv2 with oxe host key. Even not running. By "cleanbroad" node 2 calls mtcl pw twice, broadcast not running.

Has anyone an idea what I can do?

should be solved if ip-address is managed under netadmin's hosttable.
