ok just kidding ^^

now serious... do you have a trace from the other side (the other oxe system). also it is not really clear to me... why is'nt the second call going trough the ip trunk group.
which ars routes and time based lists are configured?

i dont think the issue is only related to forward case but it affects all comms through this pri check config of the acces (have you 30 ts or less)
lot of error with network out of order cause why ?
on your trace i can see only the fwd number 0503564282 and only on one side , with an IE is missing (caling number) and net out of order
