8232 handset battery compatibility

Hi,
Nokia BL-5C battery has the same dimensions and parameters as in 8232 handset original battery (3.7 v, 1100 mah).
Is it possible to use well-known Nokia battery instead of original? Are these batteries fully compatible?

Hi,
Try to send you PM but new user can't read private message.
My suggestion - take one battery and make test - autonomy time, charging time etc (or try to remove label on Alcatel battery, may be you will find "nokia" :lol: ) . If Ok - use (and say to us :)
