Hello! Thank you for your support..

R11.0.1-k1.520-36-a-it-c7s2
CPU7_STEP2
270 RBS
1127 DECTMB

Our DECT system is highly disturbed in an area.
Communication is lost and there are strong discharges, noises, no conversation.
After doing several tests, moving the DECT antenna to other locations(same area), changing DECT MB, shielding the cable, but the anomalies persist.

-EFFECTED MEASUREMENTS AT 2 GHz
There was a strong signal of 3.5Mhz. (the signal seems to come from equipment in the production room)
Our devices are interfered precisely in the areas where the 3.5GHz signal is present.
but..
-FREQ DECT 1880-1900 Mhz NOT DISTURBED
Disconnected NR 38 DECT antennas in impacted areas.
By excluding the signal emitted by our equipment it was possible to verify that the DECT frequency 1880-1900 Mhz is not disturbed.
Clean!

- METAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND ..
This might suggest that the problem is 'amplified' from the infrastructure present in area Manufactoring.

-ZONE INTERFERED
Activate two simple DECTs for home use
with antenna base in the interfered zones.
This system is also highly interfered. Can not support a communication.

From the tests carried out, it seems that something disturbs the components of RBS or DECT MB.

Testing with 2 GSM (offline but wifi) does not persist.

I ask you: The hardware component of Alcatel Lucent devices (DECT MB and RBS4070IA / EA) can be interfered by a strong 3.5GHz signal?

I have Run another test:
I make a call..
I put my DECT MB in the area not interfered
and i go into the interfered area with a bluetooth headset.
I can confirm the CORRECT operation. No presence of discharges, noises..

I have no idea. I have a problem related to this ...
Listed on the post https://www.alcatelunleashed.com/viewto ... 42&t=27432
Looks like a problem affecting only the new MB 8242
Can you tell me something about this?
