INTOF issue

Post by Xero »

Hi all,

We are facing a critical issue at one of our customers using R 7.0 on CPU7 with patch 24g.....there are numerous incidents shown after some interval atleast three times in a minute related to INTOF boards, the incidents are :

0000001M|00/27/-/---|=0:3660=status of 8KFS (0 is ok,1 is KO): 0, value:4 4
0000001M|00/27/-/---|=0:3660=status of 8KFS (0 is ok,1 is KO): 1, value:4 3

this incident is from one board and i am getting the incidents from all intofA boards connected in the system..I have tried resetting the board and also done bascul on both CPUs simultaneously but problem still persists, I have also replaced one of the CPUs with a new CPU and put the backup on it but still i am facing the same problem....One of my INTOFA is resetted automatically after numerous incidents which resulted in the shelf out of service. Do help me if any one can..

It is a problem with ACT synchronization.
How is your main ACT is synchronized?
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

Dear all
I solved the problem by checking the fiber coupler (replaced) and complete system reboot( not bascul) and works fine.
Thanks
