Error on PC Installer

Hi there

I am having some problems with PC Installer. When I run it I receive the follow error:

FTPD: this service is already running on your computer...

I read some posts here where Frank said to delete VPN, disable firewall, etc.
Well, I was using my PC where I had openVPN, VPN clients. I deleted every them but the problem remained.
So, I got a new PC and installed Windows XP with SP3, disabled the firewall, It doesn't anti virus and I installed PC Installer. When I run the same error happens.
I attached two pictures, the error and the folder structure of dhs3mgr.
Any help is welcome.
But really, I can't understand how AL prodeces a simple software a lot of problems.

Hi

There was a service called FTP Publishing Service running. Control panel --> administrative tools --> services --> FTP Publishing Service: disable or stop it.

Hi Enio,

Already this FTPD service issue was in the technical document, its clearly mentioned in tc1319 it should be stopped before u start the pc installer..check it out..
