I Just took over an IT support for my new company operating with an ALCATEL PABX intercom system of which i only understand how the extension line works but i do not have any access to the main equipment.
The PABX equipment comprises of ;
Alcatel Omnipcx Enterprise M2 shelf 3BA56018AAD with
CPU-6 3BA23197, installed to port 6 ,
RMAB 3BA23081, ,, ,, ,, 0,
eUA-32 3BA23266, ,, ,, ,, 3,
eZ-32 3BA23265, ,, ,, ,, 4,
eUA-32 3BA23266 ,, ,, ,, 5,
eUA-32 3BA23266 ,, ,, ,, 9,
MMS-FD 3BA23129 ,, ,, ,, 13.
with ALCATEL CBRMA Connecting Box.
part of the extension line used to response (please dial you extension number ),
of recent , there's a thunder strike and some of the extension line stop working.
Please I need your help in resolving all the fault on this equipment.
1. To gain access to system setting,
2. If possible to reload and reprogram the PABX
3. To fixed all the extension line back
