6248P getting started

Hi! I've bought Alcatel OmniStack LS 6248P but have not found "getting started" piece of paper in the box.
MS Hyperterminal does not show anything (I used console cable from Cisco equipment because I've not found one in the Alcatel box). 192.168.10.1/24 ip address is not valid to access switch through Ethernet.
Please help getting first access to the switch.

Thank you all! The right way was to use RS-232/RJ-45 adapter found in the box and straight-through cable :)
