OmniStack LS 6228 Triple Play

Hi. I have omnistack ls 6224 and two vlan, 805 multicast and 305 client, how i can configure triple play?
When i do so:

interface ethernet e8
switch port mode access
switch port access vlan 305

the client receives the address from the server dhcp
and when i do so:

Code: Select all

interface ethernet e8
switch port mode customer
switch port customer vlan 305

the client does not receive an address from the server dhcp.
What could be the problem?
