OmniSwitch 6850-U24X crashed but is not booting up after powering down/up.

Hi,

One of our 6850-U24X fiber access switches crashed, I monitored the console port with Putty while reloading the switch but nothing shows up on Putty.
I verified my Putty settings, and tested by connecting to another working switch, Putty checked ok.

All the fans on the switch are running and the Power Supply LEDs in the back are on solid green.
The front panel LEDs shows number "0"
OK is off
PRI is off
PWR is solid green
BPS is solid green
All port Link LEDs are off.

I tried performing an Emergency Flash Restoral with a working USB stick but I'm unable to get into the Miniboot promt, the switch powers up but nothing shows up on my Putty terminal.
Is there a " Break Boot " sequence, or any other way I could use to get into Miniboot to perform an Emergency Flash Restoral?

We are running "OS6850-U24X 6.4.3.893.R01 Service Release, September 21, 2012"

I think i had that as well in the past - i opened a TAC case and had the hardware replaced.
In generell a newer firmware often reduces occurence of "strange" issues
