Hi,

I have problem. I forgot my password and ı try to reset the password. Frist J343 and connect pin 1+2 with a jumper.
And ı try this steps

Stop boot seq with Y
type Y to enter VxWorks boot
c to enter config
and ı press enter four time and ı see the password than ı gave up being reset password.
ı write reboot end hit the enter but now consol is not responding. I have 2 cmm card and ı tried these steps on both cards.
Now only 1 card responds but its not openning. How ı can fix this. Please help me

Did you tried putting back the pin's in old position? I am not sure TAC still supports 5x release.

I believe somehow you files in the flash might be corrupted/deleted.

Check whether this post is helping..
