9600 turn on issue

Dear All

I have a 9600 Alcatel-Lucent OmniSwitch. When I turn the switch on, I see the following text and nothing else.

ON the physical interface of CMM card, Only the OK LED is turn on and it is orange.


I would appricate if some one can help me to solve the problem.
