Hi,

I like to configure PRI for incoming calls on DID 8 digits no. Using Omni pcx 4400 pbx

As I have already completed the outgoing calls on same PRI

I require to know the basic steps to configure the PRI for incoming calls ( OMNI PCX 4400 pbx)

Thanks a lot for sharing such a knowledgeable link.

What should I know for configuration steps.

To configure the incoming calls to land on already configured DID no (38xxxxx9) which is currently in use for outgoing calls only.

basic step for incoming:
1 - manage in TG parameters - DID transcoding (DID used or not). TG/TG NPD selector - you will have NPD nb.
2 - Translator/ ext. dialing plan/NPD - you can find DID translator number (in NPD parameters)
3 - manage DID rules f.e. 1234000-4000-1000 (ext 1234000=int 4000, ext 1234001=int 4001 ...)
4 - use "t3" trace (command) - to check what happen in your PRI.
