How to register a DECT handset (Alcatel Mobile 200)?

Hello,
some times ago, an operator deleted (unregistered) a DECT from the system.
Now, I'm trying to add it again, but i can't :(
Following the instructions, I turned on the mobile, go to the menu, and chose: launch subscription. It says: SYSTEM 1 Subscription running...
I opened the PM5 program, chose "installation typical" and then Wizard for DECT/PWT online registration.
Step 1 says: existing 5; registered 3; unregistered 2; maximum additional 79
Step 2 no change
Step 3 There are 3 registered handsets along with assigned IPUIs, but there's no unregistered IPUI to assign to existing number

What to do? Can anyone help me resolve this?
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks!

do you use the expert tool on PM5? i am not familiar with the wizards. if you do then the easiest way is to go to the subscriber list, on the right hand side tool bar click GAP Reg and when the mobile is running you should see the unnasigned IPUI. you can then click the the available extension numbers then the assign button. Remember though when you log on a dect it comes with default settings everytime so needs adding back into groups and voicemail needs setting up amongst other things.

Thank you for your reply!
Actually I am using the expert tool.
I followed your suggestions, but there's no unassigned IPUI.
When I turn on the mobile Dect, it says: System 1 RADIO
I launch the subscription, but it doesn't appear at the GAP Reg window.
Tried this different times, reopened the program, no result.
Could it be the Dect is damaged* and is not comunicating with the OmniOffice PCX?

* Is it possible to use another Dect type (other brand), except Alcatel Mobile 200?

Normally when you get the system 1 RADIO msg it means that the handset has an issue and will need to be sent away to be fixed
