I need help setting up a pri. Pretty much from the beginning to the end.

Hi,

I don't think this forum is the right way to learn this. You'd better contact someone who knows the system to show you the configuration.

1. Connect the PRI cable to the PRI port in your OXO
2. Login the PBX and go to Numbering > Installation Numbers: fill in the right intercity codes and prefixes
3. Go to Numbering > Numbering Plans > Public Numbering plan: add the DID numbers on the PRI according to your wishes (subscriber call, group call, attendant call, etc.)
4. Do the same for the restricted numbering plan.
5. Go to Time Ranges and configure the time ranges

If this doesn't sound familiar, I think you'd better follow some training or let somebody else do it.
