OmniPCX Office - Digital Handsets not working

Hi,

I'm working with and OmniPCX Office PABX - R7 I believe. Today we added a phone to a hunt group and then saved the config and rebooted the PABX. Since about 15 minutes after the change - none of the alcatel 4000 series handsets are working. If you ring from external to a number with a 4000 handset you get the message:

"the number you have called is not compatible with your equipment"

Any analogue handsets work fine however. We've undone the change and rebooted the PABX but still have the same issue. We've spoken with the Service Provider to be on the safe side, but their tests have come back clean.

I've pulled up the original config and the new config taken after the issue arose and there doesn't appear to be any difference between the two configs that would cause this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

In user - digital sets declared?
When digital set plugged - what you see on display.
Board (UAI ) - in services?
