OXE Omni PCX enterprise R12.2 CS-3 Serial Connection no response

Dear All ,
we get a new OXE , R12.2 CS-3 , we and we try to start-up via serial we get no response form the CS-3 , however we get a response from the GD board using the same terminal and serial cable connection ... any suggestion for this issue

Did you have install new OXE software on CS-3 ?
