can i downgrade ip touch firmware?
ip touch with old firmware are working fine

After a system upgrade, from OXE 11.0 to OXE 11.2 , the 8xx8 (8068/8038/8028) ip phones firmware has been upgraded from 4.33.00 to 4.52.60. Since this upgrade , ip phones handset no longer working no sound/voice, while the speaker is working properly. We have more than 400 ip phone (8xx8) any sugges...

We have a three-year support (software) contract with Alcatel partner.They recommend to upgrade the current version of the OTMS 2.0.1 to 2.2, claims we must replace the existing hardware: 16 2Ghz CPUs, 20GB RAM, 500GB disk... how do I check if they were right or not.

just after doing a telnet to the phone, this line is dispalyed
