Thanks for the reply, pretty sure we do have the accounting license. Trying to work out if its the correct one though.

Would be for both internal an external, as I need to know when the phone number was used last.

The associated number is the voice mail number, when dialing that number it prompts for your password to access voice mail. Yes the system is outdated, we got a quote to have it updated. I am pushing for it however the powers above are struggling.. So we have the system we have and in theory should ...
