there is approx 40 digital user all of have 4035 Set, and all have similar problem.

We already replaced with new board (eUA32) and type 1 cable but still not resolved this problem.

Please suggest.

In 4035 screen displaying character like @, $, % }, ) and many more unwanted character.

Sir, please understand what i want. Simply i want that, if i put entity number 1 in user configuration then its display Entity_1( entity name) in called extension and if i put entity number 2 then it display Entity_2( entity name). Please suggest.

Actually i want to display entity name in called extension set instead of User extension number or User Name of Caller.
Please suggest, how can it is possible.
