Re: Outbound DTMF from Z station
Hi RonSmits Did you end up with a resolution to this issue? I have a client where we have the exact same issue is occurring. They are running release R12.0-m1.403-15-h-as-c82 and "all of a sudden" their analogue Z station ports (which also are Polycomms) are sending double digits when atte...

Re: ARS issue - 1st Route SIP TG, 2nd ISDN
Interestingly, nothing appears in the SIP (traced) logs when I test the inbound call. I can't see the OXE attempt to contact the gateway. Ill login, break it, and run another trace in a few hours however that is the tested outcome until now.. nothing! Yet in its current state (its still using ARS bu...

ARS issue - 1st Route SIP TG, 2nd ISDN
Hi all Ive been tearing my hair out trying to get a "simple" ARS to work using a SIP TG as the first route and then an ISDN as the second. The reason is pretty obvious, if the SIP TG is out of service/unavailable/un-reacheable/times out, my client wants the calls to route via ISDN. Ive set...

Re: problems to get GA2 in service
PC, GA, GD, CS connected to the switch (accessible via IP). You need to load GA from PC Installer with normal (for GA board) DIP position. Not close PC Installer. Board will start and will take IP parameters from CS. When board will be in service - close PC Installer. Sorry to bring this back up ag...

"Role" addressing in other Linux installs [HA/Genesys]
Hi guys Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but Im curious on how I might be able to get this to work. As far as Im concerned Alcatel-Lucent's use of having a virtual IP address for role addressing between 2 appliances works extremely well and is only dependant on the 2 servers thems...

OmniSwitch 6400 24 port POE For Sale
Howdy everyone Have finally decided the OmniSwitch that Ive been using at home is overkill for my basic needs (and Im not working with Alcatel-Lucent data anymore) so thought this could use a better home. Its about 2 years old and has been running as my switch at home in the closet for that time. It...

T0 Loopback on Common Hardware.. kinda stuck
Hi guys First of all, I should know better, Ive been programming OXE's for over 10 years.. but I spent about 3 hours last night bashing my head against a wall trying to do a simple T0 loopback on a common hardware system with a Mix 4/8/4 board. Ports 0 and 1 are the 2 Ive elected to use, configured ...
