Hello Team, Could some one confirm if there is any restriction calling UK local number with ISD format. User dials 0 00 44 1706 xxx xxx, where 0 is external trunk access prefix. The call fails. If he dial 0 01706 xxx xxxx, it works. On the Active directory the numbers are declared as +44 1706 xxx xx...

I had the same problem on windows 7 and noticed that the ICON was hidden, I dragged beside the search bar.
Currently I do not have the lab for ICS but hope the screen shot helps. The man icon was there where the star icon is now in the attachment.

check nslookup to the ICS and ACS server IPS from the client PC.
