view database file from Menu 16 submenu 2

is there a way to view the output file from 4635 voicemail. the out put file is when you choose option 16 and then submenu 2 and then choose for example mailboxes.
does ALU have a program like Octel did ( OMM) for this

Does any have a document that advises or gives information on what the headers in an accounting mean
Have one header need to find out what it means
WaitingDuration” mean?
“EffectiveCallDuration”.

Where in the system are the text messages stored and held?
I have looked through all documentation and do not see anywhere where it states where there are stored until the user deletes them

Issue is resolved -- the issue was within the customers data network for RTP.
This was determined by doing a wireshark on the port that the 4135 was using with port mirroring as well as setting wire shark on the IP phone PC port that was being used for testing

Update on this issue -- Issue has been resolved, the issue was in the TAQUA box with some parameters for signaling. Set up in the Alcatel-Lucent switch is just like a regular SIP external gateway and Trunk group. I am trying to find out the settings in the TAQUA box for connection with Alcatel-Lucen...

There is a sip tg built and compressors are local at shelf as well as main shelf.

Update -- more testing was done and there were settings in teh TAQUA box that were done and it is possible to get calls in, but not from all area's. Cell phones fail from certain area's as well as land lines. Do not see anything coming into Alcatel switch when the failure happens. Will keep posting ...

It is set up as SIP Extension. Can not use SIP Device will not work
the remote shelf is a IP Remote shelf with PCS.
THe site that this is happening on is also an IP remote shelf with PCS
