is there a way to view the output file from 4635 voicemail. the out put file is when you choose option 16 and then submenu 2 and then choose for example mailboxes.
does ALU have a program like Octel did ( OMM) for this

Update on this issue -- Issue has been resolved, the issue was in the TAQUA box with some parameters for signaling. Set up in the Alcatel-Lucent switch is just like a regular SIP external gateway and Trunk group. I am trying to find out the settings in the TAQUA box for connection with Alcatel-Lucen...

Update -- more testing was done and there were settings in teh TAQUA box that were done and it is possible to get calls in, but not from all area's. Cell phones fail from certain area's as well as land lines. Do not see anything coming into Alcatel switch when the failure happens. Will keep posting ...
