There's nothing in the the 4059 itself, you'll have to check the operator metering/performance counters in the pbx.

Locate the tapi service provider and rename it ( or delete it ). This will fix your svchost issue. I think it was called alcpoptsp.tsp or similar, located in system32 folder. The svchost loads the tapi service provider and Alu's driver makes the whole instance go boom... Its been this way since the ...

Lets just hope that ALU comes up with a knicker-proof keyboard then, labeled and all :)

If the solution turns out to be down to new hardware it will be quite interesting to see if ALU replace the existing ones for free...

Neither Fidelio or Opera run over IP, both use V24. Micros is blaming ALU for bad IP implementation which of course is pure bull.
