Call recording on demand with 4645 VM
Hi everyone.. It's been a while since I ever asked for some help :) I guess I'm getting too old but can someone please explain to me how a user in OXE (R12.4) with 4645 VM can record a call on demand. I seem to remember with 4635, the button just appeared during a call but I'm not sure if that is th...

Re: Howto logoff another agent without CCS
I wonder if with Set Substitution you could substitute as the agent and then try dialling the ACD prefix followed by the digit 7 ?
I often put ACD prefix+6 on a prog key on the Perso Tab screen so agents don't need to navigate to the Menu Tab everytine to LogOn.

Re: Capture call from Agents
While listening, a Supervisor can force a 3-way call and start talking. The agent can drop off if necessary.

Re: Abandoned Calls Timer
Not that I am aware of, but there will be a breakdown of types as I mentioned. If I remember correctly, there will also be a statistic for calls Abandoned during Greeting guide. Make sue to add that one too if there is a Greeting guide on the pilot in question.

Re: Abandoned Calls Timer
I think you need to use Calculated data and create a statistic which only includes calls abandoned after 5 seconds. So the formula will be something like:
(Calls Abandoned after 5-10secs) + (Calls Abandoned after 10-15secs) + (Calls Abandoned after 15-20secs).... etc..
(Calls Abandoned after 5-10secs) + (Calls Abandoned after 10-15secs) + (Calls Abandoned after 15-20secs).... etc..

Re: Numbers on trunk group
You maybe need to work it out with the neqt number. Every trunk channel will have a neqt number assigned. If you use the command listerm you will see neqt number for all devices and trunk channels on the system

Re: VisualAA transfer to Switchboard dropping call
***RESOLVED*** The Overflow Timer in Entity of the Attendants was set to 100ms (10 seconds). I don't know why (I'm sure there is some logic for this) but this timer was causing the issue. Changed the timer to 1000ms and now calls not dropping. Maybe they will after 1000ms but that is unlikely to ha...

VisualAA transfer to Switchboard dropping call
Hi guys, I have installed my first VisualAA and there is a problem. When callers choose option for Switchboard (blind transfer), it calls switchboard and the OXE disconnects after a seconds if unanswered. All other options do a blind transfer to normal extensions and there is no disconnection. OXE R...
