To configure mobile agent, you will need to have the specific licenses in the OTCC Premium server, not just agent licence.

You can use the different types of phone sets as mobile agents, only in the Alcatel-Lucent OmniTouch Contact Centre Premium (OTCCPE).
OTCC Standard edition is still based on the phone type 4035, 4039, 4038, 4068.
