Sorry for the confussion this is on a ccs, the customer is asking if the supervisor can silently intrude ?

Will this allow me to listen to another user on the system who is talking to an external party, without cutting off/muting the exteral caller ?

Does the OXE support silent intrude ?

The handsets have no compression and are set to g711. There is a prioritised VPN link in place.
