I am needing to be able to send tones via the dialing pad. This works when making an outgoing call, for instance calling to activate a credit card you call the number given and then input your cc number. If a call is incoming then when I try to input digits the multiline phone thinks I am wanting to dial another phone and puts the caller on hold and seizes the second line.

How do you keep the line from seizing the second line on the multi-line phone? I can uncheck automatic seizure on multiline but then you can not just dial out on the line so that is not the answer.

Thanks for any suggestions.........Randy P

Dear All,

Can anyone tell me the difference between INTIP2A & INTIP2B. As per my knowlede,

INTIP2B - is used for the Crystal MG registering and inserted in slot 6.
INTIP2A - is used for IP phone signaling.
But what are the other function of these cards ?

And which card is providing DSP resources, like TDM to IP conversion , vice versa.
Also how the DSP hardware is configured in the system ?
