My SIP phones are on a lan say 10.138.0.0/255.255.0.0
The Omnivista 4760 is on a separate lan : 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0

I must keep the as is. How can I configure a second IP on the 4760 ?

I need to format and VPCPU + MSB board but with the normal procedure used for VPS35 is not working.

As I read, there is a way to do that with the aplication PCUPGRADE, but I did not makeit work. I have try to find technical comunic that explain how tu used with no result.

If somebody have a documentation of how to use the PCUPGRADE tool, I will apreciated.

I have already installed the IP desktop softphone 4068 in his loptop.and also entered the CS IP in the softphone configuration and it is showing connection lost. So how will I configure the softphone in call server . Is it same like creating analog IP or digital phone in mgr-->user or some extra inputs are required? I tried in this way , but it failed.

This works when making an outgoing call, for instance calling to activate a credit card... I am needing to be able to send tones via the dialing pad. This works when making an outgoing call, for instance calling to activate a credit card you call the number given and then input your cc number. If a call is incoming then when I try to input digits the multiline phone thinks I am wanting to dial another phone and puts the caller on hold and seizes the second line.

How do you keep the line from seizing the second line on the multi-line phone? I can uncheck automatic seizure on multiline but then you can not just dial out on the line so that is not the answer.

INTIP2B - is used for the Crystal MG registering and inserted in slot 6.
INTIP2A - is used for IP phone signaling.
But what are the other function of these cards ?

And which card is providing DSP resources, like TDM to IP conversion , vice versa.
